About Me

My name is Heather. 

I have faith in Jesus Christ and in my Heavenly Father.

I am a wife.

I am a mother. 

I have faith in my marriage.

My husband is my best friend.

I believe in love. 

My husband and I married in 2006.  We have welcomed 4 kids into our family and love them so very much! No matter what the world says about having kids, I know they are the most amazing parts of our lives.  We moved from MS, to Utah, and are now living in MO.  

What I have loved about moving across states is learning we can stand on our own feet in a new place, and make it a home. 

I have weaknesses and strengths both of which I am well aware. 

I have a tiny southern accent. 

I'm short. 

I'm quiet.

I absolutely hate chocolate. 

Someday I want to write a book. 

Someday I want to know how to decorate cakes on a professional level.

Someday I want to cut and color hair on a professional level. 

When I was a kid I dreamed I would become a country singer.

I could teach a how-to class about making fondant for cakes, the use and fun addiction of hot glue, and tips for patience in a household with 4 young kiddos. 

Something someone else has done that I just know I could do too is remolding and personalizing furniture. 

I wish I had more time in a day, but in the end I know I really should wish I had better time management skills.

One of my main objectives is making our home a shelter from the decaying world.  I want my kids to feel the love that we have for them, and to know they are safe in the walls of our home.
